For questions, bug reports, or suggestions about an app, please send an email. You will typically get a response within 1-2 business days.

To help us help you faster, please include in your email:

  • The app you're using (e.g., Albumize)

  • Device model (e.g., iPhone 16 Pro, iPad Pro 13", MacBook Air M3)

  • iOS / macOS version

  • App version (visible in app Settings > About)

  • Step-by-step description of your issue / request
